Tulio SuarezTulio G. Suarez serves as Chair of Henderson Franklin’s Immigration Law practice group. He brings over 15 years experience representing immigrants, professionals, foreign investors, and businesses in all areas of United States Immigration and Nationality Law. Tulio is one of few Florida Bar Board Certified Immigration and Nationality Lawyers in the State of Florida providing expert strategies to assist clients in all areas of immigration law, including international trade, international adoption, immigrant and non-immigrant visa, deportation, asylum, citizenship, and hiring of foreign nationals. Tulio is active in the local community and serves as a member of the Board of Directors of the United Way of Lee and Hendry Counties and Lee County Legal Aid. He is also a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) since 1996 and previously served as AILA liaison to the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services’ West Palm Beach, Florida office. Bruce SandsBruce E. Sands concentrates his practice in both real estate law and immigration law. While his real estate practice involves both residential and commercial transactions, along with related issues concerning business, condominium and lender law, he focuses primarily on commercial real estate transactions such as commercial purchase and sale agreements and commercial leases. In addition, Bruce also handles general immigration law matters. Bruce received his undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Houston. Amanda BrockAmanda L. Brock concentrates her practice in administrative law, particularly in the areas of land use and environmental law and immigration law. She is a regular contributor to Henderson Franklin’s The Legal Scoop on Southwest Florida Real Estate blog. Amanda also assists Southwest Florida companies and families with immigration-related matters. Her counsel to clients includes assistance with immigrant and non-immigrant visas as well as naturalization and citizenship issues and applications. She represents clients before local, state and federal agencies. Amanda serves on the Board of Governors for the Real Estate Investment Society (REIS), on the Leadership Council for the Take Stock in Children program and on the Board of Trustees for the Calusa Nature Center & Planetarium. She is also a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, Florida Association of Environmental Professionals, and the Administrative and Environmental and Land Use Law Sections of The Florida Bar.
